In addition to the LAPD's page, there's another great little resource for perusing stolen art.
I'm not sure why I like to view stolen art - I guess it's because it's work I'd never get to see any other way, and it's cool to see what other people consider to be worth stealing. There's a certain cache granted to living, working artists whose work is considered good enough or valued highly enough to steal.
