01/06/2003 Entry: "Everyone's an Actor in Hollywood"

It's official. I now believe that the character of Bobby Trendy in the Anna Nicole Show is just an actor cast for the role to add a little controversy to her show. We are now seeing a not-too-new phenomenon in reality TV - the injection of fiction to spice up the reality. Pretty soon these reality shows will be pure fiction again, and we will have come full circle. Don't people already know that reality sucks? Give us fantasy, outrage, controversy every time! It's so rare in our real lives but a staple of all prime time suckfare. They sucked us in by trying to make us believe this is her real life - and it is, really. She makes money selling access to herself. She always has. That's what strippers and models do. Nothing has changed except it's on TV and she can reach far more people. She may be dumb as a post but she's learned one good thing - hire a good accountant, publicist and law firm, and they will compensate for your weaknesses.

Oh yeah. New Year's Eve SUCKED.
